CARE & MAINTENANCE
To preserve the delicate flavor and texture of your caviar, we recommend handling each tin with care. Keep unopened tins in the coldest part of your refrigerator, ideally between 28°F and 32°F, and never freeze them. When serving, rest the tin on a bed of crushed ice and use a non-metallic spoon, such as mother-of-pearl, bone, or wood, to protect the pearls’ natural taste. Once opened, enjoy within two to three days, keeping the lid tightly sealed between servings. We encourage you to refer to the storage guidance printed on each tin to keep your caviar at its finest.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Because caviar is perishable, every order is packed in an insulated container with ice packs and shipped overnight to arrive fresh and chilled. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday so they never sit in transit over a weekend. Please plan for someone to receive your delivery, and place your tins in the refrigerator as soon as they arrive. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or warm, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
