These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the King Caviar Farms website and any purchase of products, memberships, text messaging communications, or related services offered through the website. By accessing this website, submitting a form, opting in to communications, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


For purposes of these Terms, "King Caviar Farms," "we," "us," and "our" refer to KING CAVIAR LLC, the legal entity operating the King Caviar Farms brand.


If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website, submit your information, opt in to text messaging, or place an order.


1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, misuse any content, forms, checkout tools, or customer accounts, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

By using this website, submitting a form, opting in to receive communications, or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.


3. Products and Availability

King Caviar Farms offers premium caviar and related membership offerings, subject to availability. Because our products are food products and inventory may be limited, we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, update product offerings, substitute packaging of equal quality where necessary, or cancel any order at our discretion.


We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, natural variations in color, pearl size, texture, taste, and appearance may occur from batch to batch and do not constitute a defect.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, shipping charges, taxes, and other fees are subject to change without notice.


Payment must be received and successfully processed before an order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, inventory limitations, payment issues, or suspected misuse of the site.


At this time, payments may be processed through GoDaddy Payments. Depending on the payment options made available at checkout, customers may be able to pay using major credit and debit cards and certain digital wallet methods supported by the payment processor.


If an order is canceled after payment is submitted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the amount paid, unless otherwise stated.


5. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for legitimate business reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, pricing errors, or technical issues.


6. Shipping

We ship to locations we choose to service in accordance with our shipping practices and carrier availability. Shipping timelines provided at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.


At this time, shipped orders are generally sent using UPS Overnight, and a fixed shipping charge may apply at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates and methods may be updated from time to time.

Because caviar is a perishable product, you are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when required. Once an order leaves our control and is transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, address errors, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.


We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or a recipient’s failure to timely accept and properly refrigerate the shipment.


7. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is offered, pickup must be completed during the designated pickup window or by appointment, if applicable. Pickup instructions, including the designated pickup location, will be provided after the order is confirmed.


You are responsible for timely pickup and proper refrigeration of all perishable products after pickup. We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from late pickup, missed pickup, or improper storage after pickup.


8. Product Storage and Handling

Caviar is a highly perishable food product and must be stored and handled properly. You are responsible for following any storage, handling, refrigeration, and serving guidance provided with the product or on the website.


We are not liable for product deterioration, spoilage, or loss of quality resulting from improper storage, delayed opening, mishandling, or failure to refrigerate promptly after delivery or pickup.


9. Returns, Refunds, and Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless:


  • the wrong item was shipped,
  • the product arrives materially damaged, or
  • there is a verifiable quality issue reported promptly upon delivery or pickup.


If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and provide sufficient information for review, including photographs where appropriate. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole but reasonable discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.


No refund, replacement, or credit will be provided for issues caused by incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, delayed refrigeration after receipt, improper storage, or customer preference.


10. Memberships and Club Offers

If you purchase a caviar club, annual membership, or similar recurring shipment offering, additional program-specific details may apply, including shipment timing, included products, pricing, eligibility, and membership benefits.


By purchasing a membership offering, you agree to the terms stated on the applicable product or membership page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership offerings in good faith, provided that we will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor purchases already accepted.


11. Allergies and Food Sensitivities

Our products are food products and may not be suitable for all individuals. It is your responsibility to review ingredient and product information and to use reasonable judgment regarding allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other health considerations.


Except as required by law, we are not responsible for adverse reactions arising from allergies, sensitivities, or dietary incompatibilities.
